in which the countdown continues with post six - favorite kisses

"How did it happen that their lips came together
How does it happen that birds sing,
that snow melts, that the rose unfolds,
 that the dawn whitens behind the stark shapes
 of trees on the quivering summit of the hill?
A kiss -- and all was said."
|| Victor Hugo ||

Some of my couples shared their first kiss ever at the altar and for some, they had lost count how many had been shared between them...but for every one of them it was their first as husband and wife. And every one to follow was just as sweet and tender. God made many exceptionally good things when He designed falling in love, and goodness me -- kissing is definitely "up there" on the list. ;) It's such a joy to be somewhat of a "fly on the wall" during these intimate moments. Nothing like kissing in front of someone holding a camera to show how unabashedly in love you are. ;) I can't wait to see the love of all of these darling people grow as time goes by. :)
And now the three year old in all of you can let out the big EWWWW you've been holding in. ;)
That's a bunch of smooching Servens. ;) I'm sure Mr. and Mrs. Serven are more than thrilled and proud to have 5 of their children happily married...and to still be quite in love themselves!
November had me flying to El Paso back to back weekends to capture the wedding of not one but two brothers who married their (truly) sweethearts. I love that we were able to make this shot both times...now they're all married up and with the same last name!! :D

  1. I like Nathan and Rachel's kiss with his hand on her neck...so sweet and supportive! I also like the couple in the limo...such a private moment!
